The full Draw Guide (for the vector graphics component of LibreOffice) and Impress Guide (for the presentations or slide shows component) are now available in PDF and ODT on the Documentation page of the LibreOffice website.
Printed copies are coming soon.

I’m delighted that my application for membership in The Document Foundation has been accepted. Memberhip recognises a significant level of contribution to the community and provides certain privileges (such as voting) and obligations (including a continuing level of contribution). I’ll link to some more specific info when I find the pages.
